Beyker conversion wass performed on occasion of Arcade Coin-op 2005 Competition, organized by Bytemaniacos. The original was created by Cardinal Amusement Products, a division of EPOS Corporation. In turn, it was a clone of 'The Glob', created by EPOS a year earlier. A few months later, EPOS launched an extension of the game called 'Super Glob', which was basically the same game but with different screens. The hardware used is the same that was used to create 'Pac-Man'.
Oriignal 'Beastie Feastie' consists of 24 stages that are repeated two times. But in the second round, the fruit you have to collect become invisible, so difficulty increases considerably. For the version submitted to the contest, Beyker included the first 16 phases due to time and memory reasons.
When Beyker arrived to CEZ GS, our extinct games seal, he retook the project with the idea of ??adding the remaining eight stages. Kendroock made a cover for the occasion, which I took care of layout (poorly), being the result the cover that has been circulating the net all these years and you can find in the game card.
'Beastie Feastie' was one of those games that we never released, but it is perfectly playable, as was done before, like other games that Beyker published with CEZ GS. Today we put it at your disposal, in case you had not had a chance to play it yet.
