On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

Versión MSX: New Frontier & Animagic
Música: Alberto José González Pedraza (McAlby)
As used to be in the final period of the 8-bit, to Spain came a lot of licensed games for the most popular machines in the rest of Europe: coin-ops, TV series, movies ... The MSX, which was only popular in the Netherlands and, above all, Spain, was always the great forgotten.
But the Spanish distributors knew that Japanese computer users were a bunch of buyers eager for new games, immunized (or resigned) to the quality of them. So they used to took the hit, gave it to a freelance group and, within 48-72 hours, we had a new program ready for consumption with a clip in the nose.
This is the case of Tom & Jerry, a game created in Germany thinking about the dominant systems there (C64 and Amiga), which in their conversions to Amstrad and Spectrum already suffered from certain shortcomings, which were maxed in the MSX. Deplorable movements, schematic and quasi-unpleasant graphics (though the main characters can be recognized) and, above all, a really horrendous gameplay, making up a mix of hard use.
