Since PC Fútbol 3.0, each version that was launched on the market had, at least, its corresponding set in the Italian league. In fact, for a few years it was possible to acquire them independently in Spain.

As I commented on the PC Fútbol 2001 card, this was the last version published by Dinamic Multimedia, which would disappear amid serious economic problems.

As in the previous versions, what has been said about the Spanish edition is applicable to it.
