We had not incorporated a game of Amiga to the web for a long time (except for the version for CD 32 of Vital Light
), and finally it was the turn of this Pyramid production, which had been waiting for several years in the HDD.
Published as shareware (without much success, as the author comments), it is an evolution of Tetris, where the main differences are the possibility of seeing more than one of the following tabs, the possible expansion of the game screen or the existence of new chips that will complicate our lives.
And the truth is that they complicate it; they are convoluted tokens, to which we are not accustomed and that require an adaptation period so as not to finish the game in a few minutes. I have tried to play in the way that I traditionally did in the Game Boy version (leaving a hole to the side to make several chips at the same time, with the aim of making more points) and it is very complicated. It will be a matter of time I don't have.
The graphics fulfill their function, the sound and the music are good (it is always a pleasure to listen to Amiga's compositions) and you can have fun if you like this kind of games.
