On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

Mecha 8 was one of the games participating in the MSX Dev '11, despite having copyright of 2012. Although later an improved version was made, which was published in cartridge, the one we present today is the contest.
This is a killer of good graphics and sound, in which we control Mazinger Z, I mean Mecha 8, throughout five levels, each of them with their huge final enemy.
Although the color of the decorations on the first level is quite confusing, the color of the following already shows more clearly.
Separate mention deserve the scenes at the beginning and between each level, "very Japanese" style like the rest of the game.

Hemos añadido la versión para ColecoVision, creada también por Óscar. Para los que no la conozcáis, se trata de una consola de mucho éxito en América del Norte, con una arquitectura muy similar al MSX y a la SEGA SG-1000.
