On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

In the dark, in the middle of the night and with the only help of a flashlight in which you will have to dose your batteries so as not to drain them, you will have to collect the 5 pages that make up a manuscript and thus, screen after screen, before a strange creature night that chases you, finish you off.
It is the contribution to the MSXdev'2013 contest of the always surprising Pentacour, inspired by a well-known PC game released with great success a year earlier. It is not usual to adapt a modern game to a system that is already as old as my admired MSX is, and also, in a 16 kb version and in a 32 kb version that adds more graphics, both in a rom file. cartridge format. The process is rather the other way around, revisiting and enhancing classic games on current machines, taking advantage of the enormous graphic and musical power of modern processors.
The best thing is, without a doubt, the atmosphere of terror that it achieves, for which you will need a good visual memory, since visibility is extremely limited in each movement, to the point of giving something claustrophobic to play it, but the truth is that it hooks and You want to play despite the sometimes confusing development you have. And as for the handling, it is impossible to simplify, the four arrow keys and the space bar to lengthen or shorten the beam of light from the flashlight to the accompaniment of an obsessive and pounding background melody that becomes desperate.
If challenging, unsettling and unconventional games and challenges are your thing, "Slender, the Camping" is a title you should not miss.
