On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

One of the great classics of Spanish soft, which took as a clear reference the arcade machine "Gun Smoke", by Capcom. In fact, abroad it was published under that name, without any legal dispute arising as it was U.S. Gold the Topo distributor and the Japanese company.

Such was the success of the game that, already in the throes of Spanish soft, Topo launched a second part, which did not reach the popularity levels of the game at hand, in large part because it was carried out with less calm and means, and in an age when 8 bits were dying.

I had forgotten to tell you that the game was going to have another name before they decided on the final one. If you want to know what it was, you just have to click here to see the cover.

Note 11/01/2021: It was something that he had half buried in his memory, which later seemed to be confirmed with an advertisement and which has ended up emerging in a routine search on the internet ... If you look, in the file the versions of C64, Atari and Amiga are listed as non-Spanish, as they were conversions made by Infogrames under the name 'Wanted'. What I remembered is that Erbe had launched, at least, the Atari ST version in Spain under the name 'Desperado' (what was advertised in the ads, sometimes, was not confirmed, but it sounded to me that I had seen it in El Corte Inglés), and with the scan of the cover I have been able to confirm it. Not only that one, but also Amiga's seems to have seen the light (both are mentioned in the manual). It is the 'Wanted' of Infogrames without any change; in fact, you can see the original labels on the diskettes, below the definitive ones. That said, only the Commodore version would have been left without distributing in our country.
