This is a more than interesting early version of the Martian killer game from renowned developer Amiten (aka Johnny Acevedo), along with help from Dani Hermans on the music, for the great computer that was the Commodore Amiga.
This is a game created specifically for the 2017 Amiga RetroMañía competition held in Zaragoza. And as is almost always the case, it had to be done quickly. There wasn't time for more, so it only has three manageable stages. It's quite short, predictable, and the ship's progress is sometimes a bit monotonous. Although, honestly, I don't think it's due so much to the creator's inexperience, but rather to the fact that it's something quite inherent to this type of game, where you have to shoot and destroy everything that appears on the screen left and right, without any regard and without any mercy. Fortunately, the wonderful soundtrack helps a lot, perfectly suited and well-crafted to accompany us on this enjoyable stellar adventure.
In short, a very cool game that easily transports you back to the ephemeral era of 16-bit computers and the much longer-lived arcades of that time, which left such a lasting impression on us. Don't miss it. Definitely recommended.
