This version 4.0 was the most succesful of the saga, being even continued with an update called "PC Basket 4.5" (released instead the never published 5.0).
The great improvement was in the simulation part of the game, adding a lot of new things like refrees in the court, alley-hoops, back passes, 32 new teams and even the chance of playing Euroleague.
Moreover, they added a new 800x600 resolution, giving the owners of advanced computers the possibility of taking advantage of them.
Good and fresh, unlike the previous 3.0.

1) Descomprime el juego. 2) Ejecuta el archivo INSTALAR.EXE. No desde DOSBox, desde tu sistema operativo. 3) Después dirígete al directorio donde lo hayas instalado (por defecto C:\BASKET4)…
¿Cómo puedo ejecutar el juego en Dosbox? No me permite ejecutar ningún archivo.
No me permite instalarlo, esto es una basura, no consigo encontrar el pc basket 4.0 por ningún lado
