On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

*** INTRODUCTION TO 'SAN FERMIN' FESTIVAL *** (From Wikipedia)

"The festival of 'San Fermín' in the city of Pamplona (Navarre, Spain), is a deeply-rooted celebration held annually from noon 7 July, when the opening of the 'fiesta' is marked by setting off the pyrotechnic 'txupinazo' accompanied by music, to midnight 14 July, with the singing of the 'Pobre de Mí'. While its most famous event is the 'encierro' (the running of the bulls), the week-long celebration involves many other traditional and folkloric events. It is known locally as 'Sanfermines' and is held in honor of Saint Fermin, the patron saint of Pamplona and co-patron of Navarre. Its events were central to the plot of 'The Sun Also Rises', by Ernest Hemingway, which brought it to the general attention of English-speaking people. It has become probably the most internationally renowned 'fiesta' in Spain."

*** GAME STORY ***

You are a young Texan cowboy called Patsie. You have been living peacefully at your parent's ranch until you heard about 'San Fermín' festival once on TV. As soon as you watched an 'encierro', you inmediatelly felt you had to go to Spain and live that experience on your own.

So, after saving some money by working very hard, you manage to buy a flight ticket to Spain. Everything is ready to start your journey, following Hemingway's steps. The 'fiesta' awaits you!!

*** HOW TO PLAY ***

The goal of the game is to participate in the 8 'encierros' at the festival and came out of them unharmed.

The main danger you'll find (apart from bulls themselves, of course), is the crowd running the 'encierros'. There's such amount of people running at the same time that most of them will hinder your way... because they are slower than you or simply because they have stumbled.

Take care, because at every new 'encierro', people is much more tired (and drunk), so they will be slower and will stumble more frecuently.

*** CONTROLS & KEYS ***

Cursor Keys/Joystick (in any port): Player control.

: Pauses the game.
