On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

Pop Up, named in Europe and Cool Ball in the United States, was one of the two games (along with Bomb Jack) that New Frontier published with that name in the world of consoles. After them, they would change to Bit Managers, as we have already told you on some occasion.
It is a conversion of the original Infogrames for Atari ST, Amiga and PC (which in turn was a version of Loriciels' Bumpy), a game that they undoubtedly saw that would perfectly fit the Nintendo portable console.
The mechanics are simple and addictive: you control a ball that you have to go from one platform to another, collecting the objects you find on the screen. Some of those platforms disappear, allowing you to get to the bottom. When you have achieved all the objectives, you should go to the place where the EXIT screen appears.
Good soundtrack, very simple graphics (it does not need more, and in fact they were like that in the original versions) and good doses of fun make up this title. A full-fledged casual game.
