Me pasa lo mismo en Dosbox y en PCem. La versión EGA funciona bien.
Todo funciona correctamente hasta el final del primer nivel (tanto en EGA como en CGA), después me resulta imposible hacer que cargue el segundo nivel, ya sea bajo DOSBOX o en un entorno DOS real.
