Experienced pilots Takeshi and his sister Sakura need you in this awesome spaceship game in which you'll have to shoot at everything that appears during three exciting levels of pure 80s adrenaline, with that classic vertical advance that drove us so crazy and that here is very well achieved due to its smoothness and magnificent programming.

To do this you will have three lives and three super bombs and, at times, a welcome protective shield against so much siege in which you will find yourself immersed from practically any flank. But don't worry, since its maneuverability is very well achieved and it is quite easy to control whatever its movement.

In addition, you can choose between two aircraft, very similar but with different shooting capabilities, start from a stage already completed (so as not to tediously start from the beginning) and, above all, redefine keys to your liking and with a continuous shooting when the corresponding key is pressed, both aspects that are always appreciated and highly valued as positive points in this type of game.

Red Sunset is a great game made with great care, dedication and enormous respect for the Amstrad CPC at the highest level, taking advantage of all the virtues that the 0 graphic mode allowed. Honestly, you can't ask for more from the talented team of developers and testers who have carried it out, each one putting their best into the facet they master best.
