If I remember correctly, since Erbe created Topo back in 1987, his first titles were Spirits and Survivor. Later he released two others, Desperado and this Stardust, which were jointly advertised in the sector's magazines.
Due to the great success of Desperado, based on Capcom's Gunsmoke arcade game, perhaps the game in question went more unnoticed than it should have, as it has an abundance of quality.
A wonderful killer that only confirmed the great future that awaited Topo ahead, and that was published in the UK (and I suppose the rest of Europe) by Kixx, one of U.S. Gold budget labels.

Las cuatro versiones son idénticas -incluyendo la de PC-, por lo que sólo el mayor o menor colorido de cada equipo podría aportar diferencias; aun así, ninguna destaca por encima de las demás.
