Defender is a shoot em' up, without any relation with the same name coin-op. It's a 'Galaga' style game, very similar to 'Cosmic Galactica' (AGD creating the same game again), but this one moves fairly smooth and it can be played fairly well.
We haven't just to avoid the enemies, but also to kill all the wave if we want to advance.
Graphics are pretty good and well animated, and the unique weak point is when you kill an enemy and it remains in the screen.
Sound is very good and I like a lot the explosion of our ship (although it's a bit long), and at least we have more than one life!
