You must take the decisions that will lead to the Ring safely reaching Mount Doom. Besides controlling the Ring bearer and his party, you must command the armies of the west, and use them to keep the forces of Mordor from the Ring.
To control everything, from the overall disposition of the troops to the actions of individuals in a battle, three levels are used. These are the Middle Earth Map, the Campaign Map, and the Battle Screen.
MSX conversion was created by Animagic, and was directed to the Spanish market. It is a direct port of the Spectrum version.

Pues como el grafista de Animagic que fui, debo decir que la versión de MSX sí tiene una diferencia respecto a la de Spectrum: la pantalla de carga está más coloreada y refinada, más acorde…
Juegazo como la copa de un pino. Tiene algún problema de programación (reseteos) con la partida avanzada y grandes combates, pero es un gran juego
