Lo descubrí hace unas semanas gracias a Emulatronia, pero no lo había probado hasta que hoy he visto una nueva versión. No está mal del todo, es lento y todavía no soporta juegos superiores a un 286 / 386, pero lo hace bastante bien y el uso es muy sencillo, sólo hay que introducir la rutra al ejecutable y listos.
Promete, pero por ahora la compatibilidad está lejos de DOSBOX. De trs juegos me han fallado dos (jill y golden axe) y ha ido bien Prince of persia.
Eso si, en lo visual y en funcionamiento, es mucho más intuitivo y conforme mejore la compatibilidad será un serio rival.
I’ve fixed a couple long-standing bugs and added support for some features I’ve been wanting to get in here for a long time – SVGA and the PC speaker. Also new to this version is the ability to mount CD ISO files and virtual floppy disk image files directly thanks to the excellent DiscUtils library. This is also the last version of Aeon that will target .NET 3.5; with .NET 4 scheduled for release on April 12, all future builds will require that version.
