Possibly one of the MSX2 games with the best graphics I've seen in my life, but unfortunately it's not really a game.

Aerobic is a gymnastics instructor, in which we have to choose between a wide range of exercises that the beautiful and elastic lady will do for us. Next, we have to imitate it. Come on, if I had left now would be included with the Wii Fit. :D

This game, had a version for C64, made by Spinnaker, which unfortunately for the users of the Commodore machine is horrendous graphically.
