On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

Idealogic translated to Spanish a series of conversational adventures developed by Telarium (Trilium) and Windham Classics, which are still very well remembered today.
In the case of the MSX 2, they not only translated them, but converted them from scratch, including new illustrations. And this, we assume, was within an agreement with Philips New Media System, in the style of what Opera Soft did with some of its best-known titles.
Made in 1986, the original copyright is attributed to Telarium (1984), like many of the others, although in this case it is incorrect, since it was published by Windham Classics. Both labels were subsidiaries of Spinnaker, a label for which the Barcelona company also made some conversions. Therefore it is an error that could have been avoided, but a minor error in the end.
On this occasion, the classic work that was awarded was another one of those that almost nobody knows. "Treasure Island" by Robert Louis Stevenson.
Although it is a quality work, perhaps the graphics are at a lower level than other conversions, a circumstance that forty years ago would not stand out, compared to the lavish colors that were available in times of scarce palettes, brick pixels and "color clash." I still can't understand what happened to the MSX 2, especially when the ST, the Amiga or the VGA cards would take years to show their face with some solvency. Well, or I can explain it, you just have to remember V2000, MD, DCC, CDi and so many other failed devices.
And let's remember that these games existed before the explosion of conversational games in our country, contemporaneous with the first steps that were taken here with Yenght.
