I hadn't had an Amstrad, but probably Ramblas is one of those legendary games for text adventures fans of this computer, as is Yenght for those who were holders of a Spectrum. But is this merely because of being one of the first to be released or because their quality?

The truth is that this is a fairly primitive text adventure, but the argument is interesting and, no less remarkable, imperative is used instead of infinitive when you transmit the orders. In other way, the graphics are very simple, but right.

One thing that caught my attention is the phrase "© 1986 Quicksilver" which appears on the game tape. Is it perhaps is an adaptation of a British adventure? It could be, it wouldn't be too difficult to change the characters and locations names without altering the game structure, and moreover we don't know the developers names yet. But the results of my search for the original game have been unsuccessful. If you have more information, please inform us.
