On August 3, 1999, Spectrum Zone, the predecessor of Computer Emuzone [CEZ], was launched. So, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and it is worth saying so, even though we have not been able to prepare anything special. We will continue here as long as we can. Thanks for everything!

After the success of Commandos and its sequel, Pyro Studios set out to stay on top of the market with another game set in a very different era, but with the same game principles that they had liked so much around the world.
On this occasion, the game is set in the campaigns of Julius Caesar, and we must face barbarians and Egyptians in our fight to dominate the known world.
The game sold very well, although it did not reach the levels of the company's star franchise. It received generally positive reviews, highlighting the graphic performance in relation to the technical requirements of the game, which were not very high. On the other hand, aspects such as the limitation of the camera, certain aspects of the sound and some failures of the multiplayer mode were criticized.
Its soundtrack was very well received, so Pyro decided to commercialize it in 2006, three years after the game's release.
The HD Remaster version has recently been released, by Kalypso Media. As its name indicates, it includes a higher resolution and better textures, also reactivating the multiplayer mode. In addition, it has also been released for Playstation 4 and XBox One, which will allow its access to a larger niche of players.
